The professional body for UK scholars of modern Italy, especially its politics and history

An association of contemporary historians, mainly but not exclusively concerned with Italy.

American Association for Teachers of Italian

The professional association of teachers in schools, colleges and universities in North America, responsible also for publishing the journal Italica

The Society for Italian Studies

The Society supports academic work on Italy in Britain and Ireland. It is responsible for the journal Italian Studies and runs a biennial conference.
