La manifestazione

The inaugural gallery for the new ACIS website is a collection of photographs about Italian public demonstrations. La manifestazione is a vital cultural and social event in Italy. In this gallery we have selected photographs from gay pride parades, political rallies, protests against Mafia and against water’s privatisation, and demonstrations of high school students and migrants.
